This package of services is available only as described, with the singular exception that the family may arrange for a 60-minute private identification viewing for immedi­ate family members only, between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Fri­day. This will be scheduled in the first 24 hours following the death.

Does not include: embalming, coroner's fee (if applicable), cemetery fees, or a grave liner. No cash advances are permitted. At its discretion, the funeral home/crematory may waive the 100-mile radius limitation.

IMPORTANT NOTE

If the death occurs more than 25 miles from Kimberly ,or at such a distance away that an associate funeral home needs to be contacted for immediate care of the deceased, in addition to mileage, an additional personnel fee of $200, or the charge levied by the assisting funeral home, whichever is applicable, will be added to the charges.

These packages are only available as described, and do not include an arrangement conference with a funeral director. ANY deviation from the package as listed will necessitate itemization from the Jansen Fargo Funeral Home General Price List. The only cash advance item permitted is the County coroner's authorization fees, which are not included above. Payment must be made in full within ten days.
